Two traditions I would love to see revived at a wedding are~
One: the little pink, or pastel, getaway suit for traveling (maybe with a pill box hat and a little face veil?) Remember the scene in Father of the Bride with Steve Martin where Kimberly Williams' character is coming down the stairs to make their getaway at the end of the reception? She wore a little pink suit...sigh

These suits are perfect to wear as you run off to your getaway car...

And what's the second tradition....
Champagne towers!!! Who doesn't love bubbly and a bride on a step ladder pouring bottle after bottle in celebration?

Why not make it extra tall and extra grand? Guaranteed to make the toast memorable, even if the drunken slurred speeches are not.
